Involves long strokes and kneading movements to stimulates muscles and relax tension. A therapist use hands, elbows, forearms and fingers to apply pressure to specific parts of the body. The goal is to help client achieve relaxation and relieve muscle tension.

Swedish massage therapy involves using long strokes across the body, starting at the head and moving down to the feet. The therapist uses hands to apply pressure. This pressure targets specific areas like the neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs, and feet. During the session, the client lies face up on a table covered with a sheet. A towel is placed under the knees to prevent them from sliding off the table.
